Site Engineer – Solar Energy

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a background in solar energy projects. The ideal candidate should be skilled in site supervision, installation, and project execution within the solar industry (solar Rooftop and Ground mounted Project)

Key responsibilities

• • 1. Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and commissioning of solar projects, ensuring work is executed as per design and quality standards.
• • 2. Project Execution: Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of solar plant installations.
• • 3. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, industry regulations, and project specifications.
• • 4. Coordination & Communication: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and technicians to ensure timely project completion.
• • 5. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and operation.
• • 6. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of project progress, inspections, and site activities.

Requirements

• • - Must have completed Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering
• • - 2-5years of experience in solar plant/site execution.( solar Rooftop and Ground mounted Project)
• • - Strong knowledge of *solar PV systems, electrical layouts, and safety procedures*.
• • - Ability to manage on-site teams and work under deadlines.
