Expert in managing EPC contractors, ensuring zero-accident sites, and slashing commissioning timelines by 10% through optimized resource leveling. Proficient in high-voltage testing and bifacial module alignment, with a deep understanding of DISCOM grid-integration protocols.
Key responsibilities
- Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Designing Solar Energy Systems: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to
- create efficient, site-specific mechanical layouts for solar installations.
- Conducting Feasibility Studies: Evaluate proposed project sites for technical and
- practical viability.
- Site Inspections: Perform regular site visits to inspect mechanical installations and
- assess project progress.
- Evaluating System Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of installed
- systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Installation Supervision: Oversee the mechanical installation of solar systems to
- guarantee correctness, safety, and durability.
- Plan Adherence: Ensure all mechanical work is completed in accordance with approved
- engineering drawings and project plans.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the mechanical
- execution phase.
- Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and resolving
- site-related issues effectively.
Requirements
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in solar energy or mechanical project execution.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in solar projects.
- Good understanding of safety.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site at project locations.
