jWe are Looking result-oriented Solar Site Engineer with 2+ years of experience in executing utility-scale projects. Expert in managing EPC contractors, ensuring zero-accident sites, and slashing commissioning timelines by 10% through optimized resource leveling. Proficient in high-voltage testing and bifacial module alignment, with a deep understanding of DISCOM grid-integration protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Key Roles and Responsibilities:
•  Designing Solar Energy Systems: Collaborate with design and engineering teams to
• create efficient, site-specific mechanical layouts for solar installations.
•  Conducting Feasibility Studies: Evaluate proposed project sites for technical and
• practical viability.
•  Site Inspections: Perform regular site visits to inspect mechanical installations and
• assess project progress.
•  Evaluating System Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of installed
• systems to ensure optimal operation.
•  Installation Supervision: Oversee the mechanical installation of solar systems to
• guarantee correctness, safety, and durability.
•  Plan Adherence: Ensure all mechanical work is completed in accordance with approved
• engineering drawings and project plans.
•  Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the mechanical
• execution phase.
•  Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and resolving
• site-related issues effectively.

Requirements

• Requirements:
•  Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
•  2–3 years of relevant experience in solar energy or mechanical project execution.
•  Strong knowledge of mechanical systems in solar projects.
•  Good understanding of safety.
•  Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
•  Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•  Willingness to work on-site at project locations.
